According to the European regulation EC261/2004, the airline is not required to compensate you if your flight was delayed by less than 3 hours, or if you were notified of the cancellation more than 14 days in advance. We understand that this can be disappointing, and we thank you for your understanding.
Please contact us for other disruptions within the last 5 years.
Under EU Regulation 261/2004, airlines are not required to pay compensation if they inform passengers of a flight cancellation at least 14 days before departure.
Even without compensation, you are still entitled to choose between a refund of your ticket or re-routing to your destination. Please send your flight invoice to geral@aireclaim.com.
